Terms of Use for MaxPlanner

MaxPlanner helps you manage tasks, habits, reminders, notes, events, a calendar, focus sessions and workouts. It is available for Android through Google Play.

Some features need an account and an internet connection, and some features require a paid subscription.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in your country if that is higher, to use MaxPlanner.

To use MaxPlanner you create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Keep your sign-in details secure
• Be responsible for everything that happens under your account
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission

MaxPlanner is a personal app. Accounts are meant for one person and are not meant to be shared.

The tasks, habits, reminders, notes, events and other content you create in MaxPlanner belong to you. We do not claim ownership of it.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only as needed to run MaxPlanner for you, for example to sync it across your devices, send your reminders and export your data.

You are responsible for your content. Do not store content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.

When you use MaxPlanner, you agree not to:

• Break the law or violate anyone's rights
• Try to access another person's account or our systems without permission
• Copy, reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it
• Disrupt, overload or attempt to bypass the limits or security of our services, including the subscription checks
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the service
• Upload malware or anything designed to harm devices or services

MaxPlanner is designed to remind you of things, but whether a reminder reaches you depends on factors outside our control. These include your device, Android battery and notification settings, Do Not Disturb, app permissions, your internet connection, and third-party services such as Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging.

We cannot guarantee that any reminder will be delivered on time or at all. Do not rely on MaxPlanner as your only way to remember something critical, such as time-sensitive medical, legal, financial or safety matters.

MaxPlanner's medicine, water, habit and fitness features are reminders and tracking tools only.

MaxPlanner does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or other healthcare provider. Never delay or change your care because of the app or because a reminder was missed.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Location reminders depend on your device's location services and the permissions you grant, including background location access. They may arrive late or not at all, particularly for small areas, when your battery is low, or when Android limits background activity.

Place search is provided by Ola Maps and its results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Location reminders and place search currently work for places in India.

Distraction Capture can turn your speech into text using Android's speech recognition. Transcripts may contain mistakes, so check them before you save or act on them.

Some MaxPlanner features require a paid subscription. The plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, and prices may vary by country.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it is shown on the plan before you start. A free trial is available to eligible new subscribers only. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Google Play payment method is charged and the subscription continues at the price shown.

Billing

Payments are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your MaxPlanner account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel it in Google Play first.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are handled under Google Play's refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, your access to the paid features ends.

Price changes

We may change our prices. A new price applies to new purchases. For existing subscribers, Google Play notifies you and, where required, asks for your consent before the new price applies.

If your subscription ends

If your subscription or trial ends, you may lose access to the app's features until you subscribe again. Your data is not deleted because of this.

MaxPlanner relies on third-party services, including Google (Sign-In, Google Play, Firebase Cloud Messaging and speech recognition), RevenueCat and Ola Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

MaxPlanner, including its name, logo, design and software, belongs to MaxielaTech and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app in line with these Terms.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

You can delete your account at any time in the app: go to the Profile tab, tap Delete Account and follow the steps. Your account is disabled immediately, and it is permanently deleted 30 days later unless you reactivate it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, misuse the service, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why. When your access ends, your right to use MaxPlanner ends too.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may carry out maintenance, with or without notice. We work to keep MaxPlanner reliable, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Keep your own copy of anything important. You can export your data to an Excel file from the app.

To the extent permitted by law, MaxPlanner is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that reminders will be accurate, timely or delivered.

To the extent permitted by law, MaxielaTech and its directors, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use MaxPlanner. This includes the effects of a missed or late reminder.

Our total liability for any claim relating to MaxPlanner is limited to the amount you paid us for MaxPlanner in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also tell you in the app.

If you keep using MaxPlanner after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete your account.
